Upcoming Ullambana Service

Ullambana, also known as the Gratitude Festival, is a holiday in which many Buddhists pay their respects to their honored dead. IBMC will be celebrating Ullambana this year on September 10, 2023. Please join us at 11:00 AM for chanting, meditation, a talk by Sailesh Maharjan on the meaning, history, and importance of Ullambana, as well as a vegetarian lunch provided by the temple. All attendees will have the opportunity to pay respects to their ancestors and deceased loved ones.
