Meditation with Steven Subodha Nuñez

First Sunday of the month: 9:30AM to 10:30AM

Open to everyone regardless of meditation experience. These sessions begin with short chanting followed by a guided metta (loving-kindness/goodwill) meditation. Fifteen minutes of guided instruction in breath meditation are given with a new theme or aspect of the meditation being focused on each session. This is followed by 30 minutes of silent meditation, ending with a dedication of merit. The remaining time is for discussion. Cushions and chairs are provided and everyone is encouraged to sit in whatever way they feel most comfortable.
